I have been working on a piggyback system to add more fuel and to get rid of fuel cut off in 4EFTE engine.
I'm quite successful and can anyone provide me with a stock fuel map of this engine.
I don't think you're going to have much luck tracking down a stock fuel map. Toyota are notoriously difficult ECUs to do anything much with in terms of reflashing so this information isn't as widely available as it may be for some of the more mainstream ECUs that are popular with modification.
What ECU is it you are using?
There is a couple of Starlet owners on here, but ive not touched a piggy back on one.
