Hi Chaps
I have a scissor half lift and watching one of the webinars on how you can simulate dyno load by applying brake, am I right assuming I can raise the car, remove the rear wheels for saftey and then use break to do steady state tuning on my scissor lift?
Don't do it. Use the road!
He does it on dyno on one of the videos!

if first then wheel off , if second will have two large fans on each side acting as airflow
You won't have a good control to accurately tune cells as you won't have much inertia compared to driving on the road. You'll overheat the brakes quickly.
