I am trying to figure out how to diagnose the following .
I had an issue with DCCD light on a Subaru Impreza STI . According to self diagnose and scan tool it was showing the steering angle sensor . The issue though was with real time data the steering angle was working . Initial start everything ok . I tried 2 other used ones same readings and same code . I tested the angle sensors with multimeter and they showed good . Itried a 3rd one and it worked . Same exact readings with all previous ones .
I am just trying to find a logical way to see how I can determine if they are indeed working or not .

What fault code do you have? Have you scanned all the vehicle systems? What modifications have been done to your car?
