I can't figure out the trigger setup. I have a vk45, flat plane crank, indy lights engine. We are using the original flexplate for the vk45. It has 36-2 teeth. Missing 1 tooth in 2 locations, 180 degrees apart. The vk45 is not an option in haltech software and I have tried other setups that have 36-2 triggers. I have also tried the generic option in the software as well.
