I just did a gear swap from a 3.06 to a 3.23 are there any adjustments that would help take full advantage of the swap?
For the gear swap, not if the engine was properly mapped in the first place. This assumes that your ECU isn't using wheel for anything.
For the exhaust swap, if it is a purely an exhaust swap (so not manifold/headers/cat swap out) you might get a little bit more with a session on a dyno but the payback for the cost might be quite small.
