Has anyone had problems with this before? I have attached photo. It may be from the type of ethanol im using to mix im not sure

This isn't uncommon with some ethanol fuels unfortunately. It usually only presents an issue when the car is left to sit for extended periods of time.
The car was built in march and is used about every 2 weeks. I took the tank out and drained it. I found it had formed little crystals that looked like salt inside the tank. I am now thinking a plastic fuel cell may be better. Perhaps there is an additive i can use to prevent corrosion? I have attached image of inside the tank.
