It depends a lot on the power/torque curve you want and what fuel/AI if any you will run and target boost.
Intake manifold runner lenght and diameter can shift powerband up significantly even with mild ports.
You probably want something that can flow 130 pounds per second reasonably efficiently around 2.25 PR with a relatively large turbine to compressor and large turbine housing.
