Calculating Fuel Injector Pulse Width

So sorry to be asking such a basic question, but I'm attempting to calculate the injector pulse width using my Harley as an example (107 cubic inches) and can't seem to get the math right. No matter how I try, I keep getting the same pulse width number regardless of of engine RPM. * Using .58 lb/min injectors

RPM Mass Air/Cylinder Required Fuel @ 14.1 AFR Duty Cycle Cycle Time Pulse Width

1000 1.171 0.083 14.3 120 ms 9.96 ms

2000 2.314 0.166 28.6 60 ms 9.96 ms

3000 3.512 0.249 42.9 40 ms 9.96 ms

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
