Issue with my Ecu
i'm trying to connect my HP tuning program to the Ecu and it give me the wrong protocol how I can solve this problem is it from Windows 7 or Windows 10 problem I'll should I install the windows XP I need the advice from you guys
And by the way I did the swap engine It's 5.3 L engine gm and the Ecu is red blue I tried on another ecus its was working good I need to know how to unlock the security on this ecu
So that I'm clear, you're having trouble connecting to your ECU with HP Tuners, but it connects fine on other ECUs?
What exactly is the problem you're having? Does HP Tuners not recognise that it's connected to an ECU, or can you not read the file from the ECU? I've used HP Tuners on Windows 7 and Windows 10 with no trouble so that's unlikely to be your issue.
