Hey guys i got a mercury outboard 3.0 running a haltech 2000 elite the engine is a 2 strokeengine and i have a problem with .the engine is running to rich no matter what I do i think a have a problem with injection angle i wired it sequential and direct fire spark pls help .
I don't think there will be many with 2 stroke experience here, but some things may help those that do -
Can you give some more information on which model engine it is, and what mechanical changes you've made, if any? When you say it's running rich, how are you checking it, and when is it doing it? If it's a lambda, is it a fresh one or an older one - apparently 2 stroke residue can affect their performance?
