Cuéntanos un poco sobre ti. ¿Qué coches te interesan?, ¿de dónde eres? y ¿por qué te interesa aprender a tunear?
Hi, my name is David O., I am tuning a 1990 Corvette ZR1 engine. I have increased the bore to 4", making a 368 CI from the 350 CI. I have build an 8 stack system for it and that is what I am tuning. Originally tried to tune it with Speed Density (MAP Sensor) but in the end would not work. I then went with Alpha-N (TPS) and that work. I also have two AEM oxygen sensors, one left and one right, but they don't read the same. When we last tuned it, we set the fuel table based on the left one. From the beginning the right side always ran leaner than the left (14.0). Right would run 17-20 at idle. When RPM went up it could at times run higher. Later discovered there was a vacuum leak on the right side. Fixed that and the AEM came closer to the left. Now when the engine is hot they both run a little leaner (fuel table not changed). Air at the stacks is basically the same across all the TB's. Just trying to figure out why the AFR's are so different. Any suggestions would help. thanks
