how i can adjust the boost like in the video if i have a manual boost controller and if i want to increase the boost what should i do to the Fuel base and ignition table?

I'm not 100% sure exactly which video you're referencing? With a manual boost controller you proceed in the same way as with ECU-based boost control; Start with the minimum boost you can run, dial in fuel and ignition, extrapolate into the untuned area and then make a small increase to the boost.
