I'm sorry for the late reply, I must have missed this question. I'm not aware of a drop in distributor that I could recommend at that rpm but you're unlikely to be able to run a distributor at that rpm any way. You'll almost certainly need to run a direct fire coil on plug / coil near plug setup. You've only got 10 ms per engine cycle at 12,000 rpm yet you'd need to charge the coil for 3-4 ms for each cylinder to get full spark energy. For this sort of rpm I would 100% be recommending you go to crank trigger.
