They seem to be becoming more and more popular in my country. Is the reading accurate? Can you even compare this setup to a Dyno, regarding accuracy?

I haven't used this particular system but I've used virtual dyno before and have struggled to get really good repeatability from back to back runs. there are a lot of factors such as road condition, wind and slope that will affect your results. that being said, if you can get repeatable results and the system is sensitive then it may be worth trying. Also understand that any level of wheel spin will have a dramatic affect on your end results.
