I am looking to purchase a rolling road dyno. Possibly the mainline 2wd600.. I’ve only ever been around an In-ground dynojet with anchor points in the concrete. Are there any strapping guides for both FWD and RWD vehicles on an above ground dyno like the 2wd600?

we actually have a webinar in our archive that will be perfect for you as it discusses strapping techniques among other things. In short it's not particularly difficult though and actually is easier with the mainline in an above-ground installation (unless you have a substantial pit behind the dyno). https://www.hpacademy.com/previous-webinars/098-dyno-setup-and-operation/
