I've recently tuned a cammed VF SS (L77) using HP tuners and I'm really happy with the result.
The only thing I'm having trouble with is the idle fine tuning as I'm not sure which parameters I should be adjusting to reduce some of the (potential) over-fueling. I understand that I can't fully eliminate the fuel smell but I'd like to see if I can further minimise it via tuning, and I'm hoping someone can point me towards some parameters within HP tuners to play with?

Unfortunately there's not a lot you can do short of forcing the ECU into open loop which will then allow you to tune leaner than stoich at idle. This still won't fix the issue entirely however. A performance cam increases overlap and as a result, at idle speed you tend to end up with some fuel/air charge making it's way into the exhaust during the overlap period. In many instances a cam upgrade also includes removal of the cats which usually clean up the HC emissions at the tailpipe so removing cats will naturally increase that 'unburnt fuel' smell.
What can help is to raise the idle speed slightly (750-900 rpm depending how big the cam is), combined with increasing the ignition timing slightly (22-26 deg). This can improve idle quality and combustion efficiency and you can end up with less unburnt fuel in the exhaust.
