Hi, Name is Tom.

I have an 03 Miata with a Jaguar 3.0 V6. The Rocketeer swap if you're familiar. I had been struggling with the ECU provided with the kit because all because a friend offered to port and polish my heads. Just because he likes doing that sort of thing. Unfortunately the ECU they provide, while being very capable, is not at all user friendly and has pretty much zero support here in the USA.

Some how I managed to kill it in my efforts to trying to learn it and find a tuner that was willing to tune it. So I'm here because I have a new EMU Black en route to me now. And I'll need a little help with setting it up. I have a tuner lined up that will be doing the final tuning.

The car is a wonderful thing to drive. It has custom valved FatCat Motorsports coilovers, fat tires and light wheels. The swap doesn't add any weight. So the factory balance of the car is still there. I've had it since 2012 and have thoroughly enjoyed it over the years. I'm more than ready to get the new ECU installed and tuned so I can start enjoying it again.
