I have a 4g63 evo 5.. mild gsc s1 2.3.

My co is messured idle: 0.2% but my raised idle is messured at 0.8%

So i wanna lower the co abit.. afr seems to be around 14.7..

I will be trying to do my entire downpipe with heat wrap.. and ajust the maf scaling in the lower part as suggested by a friend..

Any other stuff to do?

CO is normally down to running a little rich, but you are looking at stoich' which should be clean - it wouldn't hurt to lean it out slightly more to ensure sufficient oxygen is present.

You don't say if you're running a catalytic converter, fitting a good 400 cell metal matrix performance cat' with ~14.7-15 AFR will oxidise the CO with the remaining oxygen to get CO2. There's a lot of BS about cat's killing performance, but a well chosen one will make negligible difference, especially at your power level.
