hi for a kpro4 ecu i can do the full power tuning and do the steady state a other time ?
You can do whatever you want but if you want to be confident that the tune is accurate then you'll need to address both areas of the tuning. You're fortunate with a kpro in that you're at least starting from a factory calibration that should be correct for a relatively stock motor so often the steady state part of the map is already there or thereabouts.
