Hey Guys,

Have a question that somebody will probably be able to answer quickly.

About to wire a bosch LSU 4.9 into a LINK G4 fury. Have located the LINK help article on it. Which shows the LSU 4.9 pin, corresponding colour and where to wire to ECU.

My question is it mentions connecting Pin 5 (GREEN) to the MES pin on the fury. However the sensor does not have this wire.

I have read that this wire is a resistor and will work fine when wired anyway. Is this correct?

Does the ignition +12v grey wire to sensor require it's own relay, or can it be tied to same relay as ECU power.

Thanks in advance for the help! Slightly lost.

Wire the pin just as Link's documentation recommends and it will work just fine. The Link wideband controller utilises the built in calibration resistor in the connector rather than performing free air calibration. This is why there are 6 pins but only 5 wires.

Thanks Andre!

And is it a good idea to run a seperate power supplu for sensor +12v or is it acceptable to run it in conjunction with something else?
