Winols tips

Hey guys, i am really interested in learning about stock ECU reflashing but the thing that bothers me is the map identification. Could you share some tips on good practices that helps you find and identify the maps in WinOLS. Like identifying the maps then finding which map does what etc. Thanks.

Hi Georgi, sorry but as discussed at the start of the Practical Reflash Tuning course we don't cover reverse engineering a factory ECU or finding maps using the likes of winols so won't be able to help you on this matter. Our course assumes you're working with a commercial reflash package that offers well developed definitions.

Just wondering if there's anymore in depth information out there about disabling functions eg EGR and also how to find and kill fault codes in oem software in Winols?

It is certainly something i want to learn more about.
