We are using a HGT sequential gearbox, with Life Racing ECU, paddle shifting using R/L wheel speed sensors, the left rear wheel keeps dropping out and therefore the box doesn't shift on command. We have replaced the sensor multiple times, checked the wiring, changed the gap from 1.7mm to 1.0mm (spec is no more than 2.0mm to the tone ring. What we have found is that the scope on that wheel measured at the connector close to the sensor has a slight curve to the leading edge, swapped out the sensor, then the tone ring and it still reads a curved vs. sharp edge. Any thoughts?
