What adjustment need to be made for a different injection pump?

Going to assume Flow vs. Current. Is a good starting point say the data from a stock LBZ calibration that had a CP3 stock? I see the Y axis is very different. Is this a parameter that is best left stock and changed via datalogging/dyno

Should fuel flow base also be changed?

You can convert the axis from LML to LBZ and use the LBZ data. Keep in mind the data is only as good as your actual fuel calculations. It's a good place to start and then dial in from there if need be. Getting the LML to make consistent rail pressure under load with a CP3 can be a real test of skill and patience.
