Do you have a good timer vs rpm table to setup launch control for a drag Evo? Plus traction control launch retard table to keep anti lag happy during launch.

In my own drag car I used the Motec dual rpm limit function for launch control. This allows you to set up your desired launch rpm, ignition retard and an rpm rise rate. It's the rpm rise rate that I use to alter to control wheel spin in 1st gear.

Ok what did you use for control clutch switch? I've got it setup on the inter cooler spray button for now. How did you restrict it to 1st gear when using clutch switch? Any values I can enter to start off with and test? I dont think dual rpm allows you to build boost how can it be made to have say 10 psi?

The dual rpm function also allows you to retard the timing which is how you can use the function to build boost. Try slowly retarding the timing and test to see how much boost is produced.

In my drag car we used a sequential dog box that didn't require the clutch for shifting. If you have a synchro box where you use the clutch then you could set the function up off a steering wheel button or even link it to the handbrake switch.

Yes but in first gear you didn't use a clutch to take off? How did you restrict dual rpm to first gear? I'm running a ppg with Ikeay shifter.

In my car the clutch was used to launch but that was all. The dual rpm was controlled off a clutch switch and hence was only active when the clutch was disengaged. When you let the clutch out the switch disables and the launch rpm begins increasing to the normal rev limit at the rpm rise rate that you've selected. Once the rpm limit increments to the normal rev limit the function essentially is inactive and this happens some part way through 1st gear.
