injection angle timing

hi guys

im having some weird issues with a surge type feeling also sounds like a mis-fire at the same time this happens at random rpm under 3000, i was wondering if i changed the injection angle to be injecting fuel in while valve was open instead of it all sitting on valve.

any help would be appreciated
