Hi all,
I am in the planning stages of my "mil spec" harness build and I am looking to print labels for my connectors. I know it is common to use printed heat shrink and wrap that in clear shrink tubing.
My question is: why is it common to use shrink tube for labels when it is covered in clear shrink wrap and not a standard industrial printed label with clear shrink wrap on it?
I have access to a dymo industrial printer that does shrink tubing, but im curious as to the reason more than the actual execution of it.
