Looking for some help on what i think is a tuning issue on my 2019 STI.

Current relevant mods:

Cobb SF Intake

KillerB Hard Turbo Inlet

IAG AOS

MAP Downpipe

Cobb FMIC

Speed Density

TIAL BOV

EVAP Delete

PCV Diagnostic Connector Delete

Dimemod 2.0

The Issue:

First off, the car seems to only exhibit the following issues after it has completed one start / stop cycle. If i reset the ECU or the first start after flashing a new map, the idle does not seem to exhibit these behaviors.

I am seeing high/erratic idle, ~1100-1200, with occasional surging up to ~2500. This typically occurs while the car is in motion, and once stopped the idle drops down to the ~700. Sometimes the idle will not drop all the way and remains at ~1100. When the idle is incorrect, i do notice throttle plate angle readings seem to correlate with the rise and lowering of the idle.

Its especially apparent while doing something like driving through a parking lot, the car typically spends them majority of the time over 1k RPM.

Can you post a data log please? I’d be curious to look through it and see what you’re seeing, and maybe there’s something in there that we can use to help.

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
