ECU Cloning is this possible with HP Tuners software?

I am new to both Tuning and using HP Tuners software. I have a "Ford Performance" crate motor (with the control pack, PCM), Ecoboost 2.0.

I want to make a Clone or Back up of that PCM (what ford calls a ECU), so I bought a roll-over 2014 Ford Focus (same year and engine as the crate motor came from). The "Donor" car/PCM has PATS and all that crap on it, but, I would like to copy the ENTIRE Ford Performance PCM and then take that image and Over write it onto the Donor cars PCM (basically making a Clone) of the FP PCM that I can use as a back up since you can no longer buy the FP PCM for this same motor, they no longer make them and stopped about a few years ago now.

If anyone knows how to do this or has, could you post up a "how to" on what to do to make this happen? Sorry, for the newbe question, but really want to have a back up at the track. Because the engine is Direct injection, there is not many reasonable cost after market ECU's that could run this motor. If you know of one that would do it with LOW-HASSLE that would be awesome as well (incase the cloning is not a do-able thing).
