Entry Level Tuning

Hi all,

Qualified mechanic with very basic understanding of tuning. Taken me longer than it should’ve, but finally starting the HPA tuning courses (and the others)

Looking for any advice on what specific budget cars are known for ease of tuning, literally do not car what car it is, ideally budget focused though but not looking to learn to tune on anything worth big money. Just looking for seat time with the laptop until I can understand what’s going on and slowly gain confidence to move onto other cars (myself and friends)

any input is appreciated, what cars did you learn on and what issues did you personally run in to while learning?
