Hello.

I've been tuning for about an year now and focused mostly on the important stuff.. learning the basics etc.

But now i want to talk about something a bit silly maybe. I've tried to make flames with my bmw m52tub25 engine. I can make it pop ang bang with a flame but thats definitely not what im looking for.

I'd like to remove the bang and leave the flame ๐Ÿ˜… anyone got any tips?

Ive tried messing with overrun fuel decay but it doesn't seem to work.

And yes, i am aware my valvetrain might not like my ideas that much ๐Ÿ˜…

Why don't you add an injector and glow plug to the exhaust exit, using some kind of auxiliary output to trigger it in the desired conditions.

You don't give much information on your setup, but dumping a lot of fuel into the engine on over-run will reduce the severity of the bangs, and increase the chance of hot, fuel enriched, exhaust gases burning when exposed to air at the tail-pipe.

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
