hello.
I am currently trying to tune a ba xr6T and having a few issues getting things sorted. I am currently using a 05 F6 tuning file to account for the turbo coming on earlier and have adjusted the fuel injector setting to match the new injector data sheet provided. my issues are as following.
Having the 4" dump pipe I need to adjust wastegate. In people experience with larger dumps on BAs how much adjustment can be added to the stock wastegate map before exceeding mechanical limitations of the stock flapper. Is this even possible to tune for or do I need to mod the flapper or go external gate for better tuning metrics?
do BOV deletes need air map adjustment for back flow of air past the sensor?
there is an issue with the O2 sensor fluctuating out of voltage range assuming that is due the new O2 location on the dump needing to be adjusted. in people experience with Xforce dumps how much adjustment need to be put in for the new O2 location. I'm assuming that's what is causing the little miss fire or hesitation when blipping the throttle.
mods are as follows:
3576 f6 turbo
xforce 4" dump to 3.5" straight through with a 100-cell cat
Bosch 980cc injectors
255 whalbro fuel pump
dash 6 am fuel return
dash 8am fuel feed
bov delete I am planning on putting back on with new intake piping I don't know if you have to account for the back flow of air being measure for accuracy.
