Im at the mock up stage of my engine build and im hoping someone could tell me if I can have my fpr installed lying on its side? Due to way the ports are on it and where my fuel pressure plug is on my new harness this is the tidiest orientation.

Personally I can see why I couldn't install it like this but I wouldn't mind having it confirmed. I will be installing a bracket eventually so its secured to the head

That should be perfectly fine. I've seen fprs installed like that working properly...

Maybe throw a dab of weak locktite on the retaining nut when you are happy with the setting.

Orientation should be irrelevant for it's operation, just don't want to loose the nut if it vibrates loose.

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
