Hiw to: Injector phase map?

I am maybe missing something, watched the fundamentals and practical standalone courses, but didn't hear a word about injector phasing!

I would like to know about how to tune a phase map and the theory behind it. Can please someone point if there is already a course which has covered the injector phase and how to adjust the map?
