Hi all,I hope someone can point me in the right direction here. I have a link g4x with an innovative analog wideband input (LC2). I have set this up as a modelled setup, but it appears that the VE table contains excessively large numbers after I input what I believe is the correct data. I have increased or multiplied the number in the dead time table, which helps bring the VE table down; however, I then encounter another error, "fuel calc is at minimum, check settings" or something along those lines. I usually try to get the numbers in the VE table around 50-60 at hot idle. The current installed injectors are 1750XDS injectors from Injector Dynamics. I want to add that I didn't have this issue with the 1050XDS injectors installed a few days ago.
Has anyone else encountered these issues, or does anyone have a good way to resolve them? Alternatively, could it be that I did something wrong?

Is your fuel pressure regulator connected to the intake manifold, so that the differential fuel pressure (difference between the fuel pressure, and the manifold pressure) remains constant?
Are you confident in the Innovate Mototsports LC2 reading? Does the Link ECU show the same values as you get when using the Innovate software to read the signal directly using the serial bus? Small ground offsets can introduce errors - but you can confirm by comparing the values communicated in two different ways.
Scaling your deadtimes is not the correct way to cause VE table values to lower, only getting all the inputs correct will cause that to happen.
One way to verify that you have the other inputs correct it to make a known change. For example, turn off any close loop fuel support, and get your engine to run right in the middle of a cell at say 2000 RPM -- adjust the VE number until it hits the target lambda value. Now now either change the target lambda by 10% (say from Lambda 1.0 to Lambda 0.90), or the VE value say 60% to 67% -- does the measured Lambda value change by 10%? If not, then either the injector data is incorrect (deadtimes, flow rate at the differential pressure), or air calculation (Manifold Presssure, Air Temp, Charge Temp delta), or perhaps fuel density is not correct.
It's easy to get lost -- so start with making sure each input is as correct as possible. If you can't get it perfect, then errors will get baked in, and whatever the VE table values end up is OK, as long as it gives you what you expect.
You can get some really good help on the Link User Forum -- post your tune and a log showing your problems, and there is usually very detailed feedback as to how to improve you tune
