Hi guys, there’s multiple fuel and ignition table within a ECU but how do we know what each of the table represents of and how ECU decide which table to use?

It depends on particular software - usually you can find the description of all tables in user manual.

If it's just an open source software - the only way to find out what is what is talking to experienced people of find it out from forums.
