Subaru Forester Tuning

Does anyone know of any hardware or software that I can use to tune a Subaru other than Cobb that does not want a $6,500 buy-in, without replacing the stock ECU? The vehicle is a 2008 Subaru Forester XT 2.5L.

Rom Raider and ECU flash. But you don't get realtime tuning which is a pretty big feature.
