My friend has a 2.0 TFSI engine running on a Syvecs ECU. We are consistently fouling spark plugs however lambda looks correct, idling at 14.7 AFR and riches out to around 12.2 AFR on boost. I watched the direction injection webminer and noticed how our direct injection angle on the syvecs is extremely high vs what you used on the Motec M1.
Can anyone please help us, are we using completely wrong angle times?

Hello the best advise i can give here is to adjust the injector timing and watch the mixtures to see if they go leaner or richer
this will help to optimise the fuel injector timing
