Hello, I bought an Aces Killshot 4 barrel TBI system because I wanted to be able to tune it, little did I know what I was getting myself into, hence, I'm now a student here at HP academy!

The system is in a Ford Bronco with a 408 CID stroker small block Ford Engine with a moderate cam, aluminum heads, etc. It runs quite well, however, I am having troubles getting cold starts dialed in. I've noticed the longer it sits the harder it is to start. I'm 99% sure its fuel related, and I'm wondering if anyone here has insight on getting the cold starts dialed in.

I've completed the EFI tuning fundamentals module, and I will start the standalone tuning module next, but I could really use some advice getting this cold start set up, and hopefully the module explains the necessary parameters and gives me the understanding I'll need in the future. I've attached the relevant screenshots of my current parameters in the software, as well as the readings when I first turn the key on. I can also provide more screenshots if needed. Thanks in advance!

This is not a unit I'm personally experienced with however I'm currently in the middle of tuning a Holley Sniper 2 which is their equivalent. It's important to understand that these EFI units are designed with simplicity in mind rather than ultimate control and for this simplicity you will need to set your expectations accordingly. in other words you're unlikely to get the sort of result you can achieve with a proper multi point sequential injection system.

From what you're describing this sounds very much like it's heat soak related which is difficult to properly model as we can't directly measure heat soak and instead we can only base tuning changes on air or coolant temp. Generally if you're suffering from this sort of issue you'll find the engine starts better with more enrichment and to find what the engine wants I'd normally start by doubling the fuel. If it is worse, go back to the original value and then halve it. These coars changes should quickly guide you in the direction that makes the engine start better and from there you can start making finer changes.
