Just wanted to say hi

I'm based in the UK and I currently a couple of track cars, my first is a Lotus Seven type kit car called and MNR Vortx which is a kit made here in the UK used for road and track, this runs a Hayabusa turbo with a fully built engine and a GT28/76 turbo all controlled by an MBE 9A9 ECU, the car also has a full closed loop gear shift system from a Radical race car, also controlled by the ECU. I completed the build myself including the engine, I had the mapping completed by a UK company called RLM racing, who are ex Radical guys.

My current project is a Noble M400 RSR race car that I am in the process of converting back to a road and track car, this runs also runs a MBE ECU and I plan to add drive by wire throttle and also switchable traction control to keep things in order. I am also adding extra sensors to the ECU to display them through the CAN bus to a display in the dashboard. The car is stripped to bare chassis at the moment and I plan to get on with the rebuild in the coming months, in the meantime I am working on the ECU to wiring in and configuring the additional functionality.

I've been using the ECU software for some time an I am interested in getting to know more of the detail behind the calibration.

All the best

Eddie

Hi Eddie, welcome to HPA. Those are some interesting sounding projects, would you care to share some pictures and more details in the build section?

Hey there Eddie, how's it all coming along?

Nice project, and hello from fellow Brit
