Hello from the USA!

I've recently taken on the task of wrapping my head around standalone ECU tuning. To do so I switched my track car (2007 Mini Cooper 1600cc Turbo) from the factory DME (Bosch MED17.2) to the SCS Delta GDI6. As the name implies, this specific unit is geared toward GDI engines but will also support conventional port injection. A base file is supplied for the engine which is fantastic, however the base file uses time based PWM as the main fuel model.

My latest hurdle is switching to VE which conceptually is very doable, however I do struggle with getting accurate information regarding DI Injector flow rates - nonetheless, flow rates in the region of 120+ bar. Second to that, drafting a working base VE table with nothing to reference comes with its own challenges.

Any and all advice welcomed! I look forward to learning from everyone and hopefully contributing where I can.
