has anyone used the dual style sensor from bosch?
has map and iat in one.
my concerns are the sensor heat soaking and also its response time?
be a nice way to tidy up the wiring as it reduces your loom by two wires and also removes a plug.
I haven't personally used one but they are a pretty popular and well used product. I'm not personally a fan of placing the IAT in the plenum due to the heat soak potential but this is understandably mostly an issue at very low air speeds. At higher rpm/air speed, heat soak isn't a concern so you should get a reading that's very accurate.
