Hi all, a little about the car;
1996 Nissan R33 GTS-T with a RB25DET, 3rd owner, comes from a family friend, untouched from the factory.
Engine and Body has a little over 200k on it.
His reason for selling is that it recently blew a Head Gasket and being a daily, had no time to rebuild it. I’m getting it at a good price, and figured since I’ll be pulling the engine out now would be a good time to have a look at anything else that could be replaced.
Not looking to pull anymore power from the engine then factory, since its going to be my daily once up and running. Chances are it blew a head gasket for a reason so it looks like it may be needing some TLC either way. So if any RB owners can share some insite that would be appreciated!

The RB25 is a pretty stout performer if it is well cared for. Even in stock form the engine will handle significantly more power than stock if the tuning is on point. If you're not intending to modify the engine then there's not a lot that's going to be required beyond normal maintenance tasks - cambelt, idlers, tensioner, water pump etc.
