Can you consider using YouTube as your video delivery platform? That way I could set 1.25 as playback speed and take 48 minutes to watch a 60 minutes video ;-)

Hi mimmabbash, sorry but no, we won't be changing to YouTube as our video player. Viemo offers several features that are essential to our platform.
If you're using Google Chrome as a browser (and I highly recommend that you do), follow this link and you can add an extension that will allow you to alter the playback speed to suit :)
