Fuel city off

Hi , I need help asap.

I'm taking my car to the panel shop for a new paint.

I want to change my fuel cut off to 3000rpm ,

Can someone please help me on how to do this or which video I need to watch.

In order to offer you any help here I'd really need to know what car you've got and what you're using to reflash it. In a nut shell you're going to need to find options for the rev limiter and then drop the values to whatever you want them to be.
