Would it be possible/easier to actually look at the "wheel torque error" and populate an Excel sheet based on the current table and then add the "wheel torque error" to populate the new table?

Instead of adding a certain percent which could be off depending on accuracy of the dyno and also the current conditions at which you're doing the measurement

Unfortunately the wheel torque error won't work for this step of the process. If you log it you will see that it's quite erratic and is based on internal calculations inside of the ECU.
