New to tuning and been doing lots of reading and watching HP Academy videos and self-practice.
Small story. The guy that was tuning my vehicle kind of left people hanging and isn't responding to anyone that he has tuned (mail order tune). I have a Cadillac 2013 3.6 lfx di motor with modifications as listed, Vortech V3 supercharger, hpfp, high volume tank pump, larger injectors that have been scaled to my application, and jacfab manifold spacer, and wideband installed after the cat due to room. My question is that there seems to be a lot of different way to tune for maf scaling, suggestions would be helpful, using wideband for the complete tune or ltft/stft for cruising and wideband for wot? can I tune my maf with vve disabled and still in closed loop? The reason I am saying this is when I disable my 0s sensors my commanded goes to 0.950 lamda so when i run a log it wants to see 0.950 instead of 1 lamda. Is there a way that I can change this commanded to 1 or do I just tune for the 0.950 and then after I get close to what it commands then reset everything back to the way it was?
Is it possible to do this with dfco still active?
