Hello every body. Now I got Motec PLM set up to HP tuner 3.0 software, Is there anybody knows the values of volts?

Good day.

I'm not sure I understand the question correctly, but are you asking what the output analog voltage of the PLM translates to in lambda? HP Tuners is quite new to me, but the PLM is the lambda meter I use for work. Did you use the PLM Setup software to configure the calibration of the analog voltage signal? The range used should be enough to pin point what voltages will translate to as a lambda value.

Cheers!

Hi Sir, I need the value for example for Innovate LM2 the values are (v/0.3324)7.35=output

Did you finally find the correct values?

I am facing the same Problem right now.

You can configure the PLM to output whatever relationship between voltage and lambda. I'd recommend something like a range between 0.5-4.5 volts to give good resolution. You then need to simply replicate this in the transform function within the VCM Scanner. A word of warning though - I've found the MPVI interface to introduce quite a significant ground offset so you need to confirm the measurements are accurate. A good way to do this is to set the PLM to output a given voltage irrespective of lambda (say 2.5 volts) and then see what actual voltage is being measured by the scanner.

Thank you Andre
