hey guys I’m new to all of this and just trying to learn I’ve got an 09 legacy gt it’s my daily, it’s got a fmic Cobb cai not sure of what else the car was said to be tuned by the guys over at r/t tuning what I was told when I purchased the car but I’m getting some concerning numbers on my feedback knock any help would be greatly appreciated also tips on how to change/prevent further damage would be greatly appreciated. The pictures posted one was from the other day and the other was a few months ago.

The numbers you're logging are a little concerning. If the engine was previously tuned and the knock logging was normal, then I'd suspect you may be running on a different fuel grade than what the car was tuned for. If you can't make tuning changes yourself then I'd recommend discussing it with whoever tuned it. There are three parameters you need to log in order to see how the knock control strategy works - DAM, knock feedback, and fine knock learning.
