We'll need to know a little more about your setup, what is the car, what are the EFI system components, etc?

Tuning the AFR the engine will run at is less about performance and more about making the engine safe and happy, having it respond crisply, idle nicely, not smoke, etc. While there are some performance losses resulting from running an engine excessively rich or lean, there is a pretty broad band in the middle where the power output wont be affected much.

I'd suggest you give out EFI Tuning Fundamentals course a look, its a great place to get started.

Hi this is BMW N20 engine 2.0t

A quick google will get you a few results of people reflashing the N20 engines. I haven't seen a full tuneable package for them personally, but I wouldn't be surprised if there was one out there.
