Summary

Staged injection is common on many engines where achieving adequate fuel supply through a single injector may adversely affect the ability to achieve good control of the air fuel ratio at light load and low rpm. Properly configuring staged injection is essential to ensure seamless operation as the secondary injectors begin injecting, while ensuring that you are achieving even flow from both sets of injectors.

For this webinar we will look at the staged injection configuration in the MoTeC M1 ECU in our Toyota 86 which controls both direct injectors and port injectors.
